How to answer interview questions
How do you manage to answer all the questions thrown at you in an interview. Perhaps a little unprepared, a bit overwhelmed! Yes, an interview can be daunting, we always want to say and do the right thing. Besides doing research on the company (prior to the interview) be prepared for some of the more general questions that are (always) presented.
CV and their functionality, is a tool to “sell” you and your expertise, to market yourself to a business as the best person for the position. They have been around for a very long time.
Michael Page in his article has some interesting points to consider with a few of my own tips added. There is no single way to construct a CV; however your document should be structured and presented as you wish within the basic framework set out below.
