Computer Training and Customized Courses
Having represented the computer training industry for the past twenty years working and assisting a wide spectrum of businesses and peoples, the next step was learning material. During my years as a trainer/facilitator I came across really awful material development. After spending a substantial amount of time researching, writing training manuals and honing my skills this was a natural step going forward.
Customized Learning Material
Learning material is customized to suit the end user. A wide variety of course material is offered on the most popular software applications, ie. Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Each course comes with Exercise (Lab) files and the solution. The learning material is easy to follow with relevant exercises which makes it easy to teach yourself.
The Training/Learning material is set out in the different levels ie. level 1 – beginner, level 2 – Intermediate, level 3 – advanced. and super user. There is course content specific to subject matter ie. Microsoft Word Tables.

SETA Accreditation
After qualifying as a moderator I found there was a gap in understanding the SETA accreditation process and what is required to get certified. Along with my studies I also spent a great deal of time reading and researching the South African SETA requirements. This inspired me to offer my expertise in helping others with their certification. Communication is a key feature of interacting with people and helps me understand what they require, then we can move forward.
I offer a recognized method of understanding the process to become a facilitator, Assessor, Moderator or Training Provider that will help to become accredited by the relevant SETA. This ‘stamp of approval’ indicates that the provider gives transferable, outcomes-based and relevant training and assessment.
